| Entertaining and informative series of annocdotes and analysis from someone with considerable Chinese business experience. The author is a long time China hand and his book tells of his experiences establishing joint venture operations in the 1980s and 1990s. One of the most touching parts of the book is the candor with which the author admits the time it took to learn key lessons and the financial cost of learning them.
